What is Jewelry Revolutions? Jewelry Revolutions is a division of AVP digital studios devoted exclusively to serving the video needs of jewelers and jewelry manufacturers. Our main focus is video capturing of jewelry, but we also offer other helpful services like creating animated versions of company logos and full commercial productions.
What is jewelry capturing? Jewelry capturing refers to the process of videotaping pieces of jewelry. You may be familiar with static or simple rotation types of video capturing, but those can often times be boring and repetitive. Jewelry Revolutions on the other hand, uses a motion-control based system that gives the effectof the camera actually doing multi-axis revolutions around the jewelry. It's a little hard to explain with words, except to say your jewelry will glide, float, sparkle, and explode in a burst of light and color that is unlike anything you have ever seen. Trust me, seeing is believing.
What are my options? We offer raw footage as well as several standard production packages. If you have a more specific need or idea not covered in the packages, please call us and we will be happy to work out a quote for you. Prices for raw footage and production packages are listed below.

Package #4: In-store shoot for five :30 second commercials ready for cable or network broadcast Includes: ·Music, scriptwriting, narration, and graphics ·Shooting and editing of 25 pieces of jewelry ·Shooting in jeweler's store with teleprompter Price: $2995 plus travel expenses(will be determined on an individual basis)
How long does it take? Raw Footage With advance notice, turnaround time is approximately 3 days. Commercials and Infomercials With advance notice, turnaround time is 1 - 2 weeks.

What type of jewelry should I send? Any kind you want. We will do rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces,pendants, watches... you name it. We have a wide variety of backgrounds and shooting environments to suit any style piece: Marble, various textures of cloth, stands, displays...there is something for everything and anything.
What about shipping and insurance? For shipping we recommend an overnight service with insurance for the full amount. When the jewelry is shipped back to you, we will return it however you wish with insurance for the amount you indicated. The cost of shipping will be included on your invoice. Special shipping arrangements can be made if necessary. While in our possession, jewelry is fully insured.
How will I receive my footage? Your footage will come to you on a master tape in Betacam SP format.You can request more than one copy of the master if you would like. You will also get a DVD copy of the footage so you can watch it at home.
What can I do with my footage? You can use your footage in any of your television commercials or other promotions. You can make new commercials or add them to existing ones. Youcan have video catalogs made for display in your store or in other locations. Direct mail videos are great too. If you have another type of idea, let us know, we'll be happy to give it a try. (The basic $35 per piece package covers the shooting of the jewelry for raw footage only. You will receive a master of unedited raw footage that you can use however you wish. Additional projects will be handled on an individual basis.)
What about animated logos? A 3D animated logo is only $300 per logo. It comes on a Betacam SP master tape (the same one as your raw footage if you are also having jewelry shot). All you have to do is supply us with a camera ready copy of your logo, including all the information you would like to appear on screen.
